Wild bohemian wedding: vintage meets fire

Phillip of PhillipVN Photography shot this incredible wedding between a professional hula hooper and electronic music maker. Veronika and Torin had a whirlwind, two-week romance before getting engaged, and later tied the knot at the Burning Man music festival. The official ceremony took place at a private estate in the Bay Area of California, surrounded by a circle of their friends and family. The couple stood in the center of two golden hula hoops for their vows, while Torin’s musical creations played over the speakers.

The bridesmaids’ sweet yellow dresses were customized for each girl, from lace details to peacock feathers. Veronika made her beautiful button and ribbon bouquet with pieces from her family’s generations-old factory. Veronika’s friends gave starlit performances, including fire breathing and fire dancing. The bride topped off her night by dancing in a pair of handmade gold heels and spinning her LED hula hoop.
